3. Let’s Race, Horley

Let’s Race in Horley is one of the things to do in Surrey for those who aspire to be a Formula 1 Driver either when they grow up or in a future life! It’s your chance to try top of the range F1 Simulators on some of the most iconic tracks in the Grand Prix. The cars are completed with movement simulating braking, accelerating and the full force of being thrown around corners.
If that wasn’t enough fun, you’ll also be on the grid with 9 other drivers racing together to reach the top of the leaderboard. Professional racing drivers actually use these simulators to test out their skills on tracks before racing them, so you’ll be closer than ever to achieving your F1 dream!
4. Thorpe Lakes Aquapark, Chertsey

Thorpe Lakes Aquapark is an inflatable, on the water assault course that features slides, hurdles, monkey bars and more. This is one of the more unique things to do in Surrey as a family as it’s accessible to both adults and children with age appropriate times staggered throughout the day. There is wet suit hire on site if needed and life jackets come as part of your ticket. The Aquapark is a short journey from the M25 and both Heathrow & Gatwick. 5. Skywalk Adventure, Esher

Skywalk Adventure in Esher is one of the more unique ways to see the Surrey landscape! On a tree top course, you can run along the rickety bridges in the canopy or do barrel crawls, tyre swings and ziplining.

6. Team Sport Karting, Farnborough

7. Thorpe Park, Chertsey

Surely THORPE PARK Resort needs no introduction as it’s one of the things to do in Surrey on everyone’s list! If you’ve got no fear then Stealth is a must ride rollercoaster boasting a top speed of 80mph in 1.9 seconds – you can see it’s completely vertical track for miles around.
If you’re looking for something more chilled out, then Thorpe Park in 2018 were celebrating the Year Of The Walking Dead and introduced a whole new ride based on the popular TV show on FOX.
There are 30 rides and attractions (including the park favourites Nemesis Inferno, Colossus and SAW) making Thorpe Park a day out to remember.
8. Containment Escape Rooms, Guildford

It’s the new craze and one of the latest things to do in Surrey, Containment Escape Rooms in Guildford. There are 3 mind boggling escape games on offer in the grounds of Merrist Wood College just outside Worplesdon.
Choose between solving The Bomb, The Lab or The Sub themed games. Then you and your group are locked in for 60 minutes and in order to beat the live escape game you must solve cryptic clues and physical challenges to get the key!
9. Windsor Duck Tours
Opposite Theatre Royal Windsor, 32 Thames Street, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 1PS.
30 Minutes from Guildford is the beautiful town of Windsor, despite it being just inside Berkshire it is well worth the visit. If you are spending the day there and want to see both the picturesque River Thames and the famous Windsor Castle which played host to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Wedding in 2018, then there’s only one thing to do – go on a Windsor Duck Tour.
Theses bright yellow buses are amphibious so after a historical tour of the roads, you drive straight into the River Thames to see the centre of Windsor and the castle from the water.
10. Farnborough Bowl
Westmead, Farnborough GU14 7LD.
If you’re looking for things to do in Surrey with the kids then Bowling is a must. Farnborough Bowl is just on the North East Hampshire border and can be found in Farnborough Leisure Centre. You can spend your time trying to get a strike, then pick up some food from their café and then try your hand at the arcade games including Air Hockey.
11. Legoland Windsor Resort

You will not need a lot of convincing to go to Legoland Resort Windsor, one of the most popular things to do in Surrey. It’s not all roller coasters and rides, you can also visit their Splash Zone, their Lego Waterpark. It’s also well worth a look around their Mini Land; you can see every major global landmark built in Lego from including the Taj Mahal, Sydney Opera House and the UK Houses of Parliament.
In July 2018, Legoland Resort Windsor had their Summer of Fun complete with outdoor Lego building, a huge sandpit and a stage full of entertainment.
12. Sandown Ski, Esher
