What To Watch On TV Christmas 2022: Our Top TV Picks

Here are our picks for TV Shows and Films to watch over the Christmas period this year (2022). We have taken a look at everything that there is to offer on Freeview TV and have made a list of the unmissable Christmas shows and nostalgic films being shown from Christmas Eve through to New Year’s Day. There is everything from The Great Christmas Bake Off on Channel 4 to Royal Carols: Together at Christmas on ITV 1. Detectorists is back for a special episode, and Bob Mortimer and Paul Whitehouse will have go fishing once again. Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve seems to be the day for top TV shows this year with both Mortimer and Whitehouse Gone Fishing and The Great Christmas Bake Off airing around 8PM in the evening. The Royal Family have a Together at Christmas special sharing at 7PM on ITV1. Families can also sit down and watch festive films, How The Grinch Stole Christmas and Home Alone.
